What can I expect from a MOUVE Zumba class?
Work out any time, any place! Our online classes allow you to work out from the comfort of your home at any time of the day. If you can’t make our live Zoom sessions you can request the class recording to enjoy in your own time for a period of three days. What should I wear?
All ballet students must wear:
- A MOUVE or any DWL T-shirt
- Black leggings or joggers
- A loose-fitting skirt may be worn
- Own trainers
