Participation Waiver, Assumption of Risk, and Media Release

By registering for and participating in any class, workshop, camp, performance, or event organised by MOUVE® by Dancing with Louise ("the School"), you acknowledge and accept that dance and physical activity involve inherent risks of injury.

These risks include, but are not limited to: muscle strains, sprains, fractures, bruising, and other physical injuries that may occur during participation. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

You confirm that the participant (or your child, if registering on behalf of a minor) is in good health and physically capable of participating in dance classes and related activities.

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, disabilities, or allergies that may affect the participant's ability to safely take part. This information must be provided on the registration form and updated promptly if circumstances change.

If the participant requires medication (e.g., an inhaler or EpiPen), it is your responsibility to ensure this is available at every session. Our teachers are not trained medical professionals and cannot administer medication unless prior arrangements have been agreed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless MOUVE® by Dancing with Louise, its directors, employees, teachers, contractors, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

Injury, illness, or death of the participant during or as a result of participation in classes, camps, workshops, performances, or events. Loss or damage to personal property brought to classes or events. Any actions taken in good faith by our staff in response to a medical emergency.

This release does not apply to claims arising from the School's proven negligence or breach of statutory duty.

You grant permission for the School to photograph and/or record the participant during classes, camps, performances, and events. You consent to the use of these images and recordings for:

The School's website and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). Marketing materials, including printed and digital advertising. Press releases and media coverage. Internal training and promotional purposes.

Images and recordings will be used in a respectful and appropriate manner. If at any time you wish to withdraw this consent, please contact us in writing at info@dancingwithlouise.com. We will make reasonable efforts to remove or cease using your images, though we cannot guarantee removal from third-party platforms or previously distributed materials.

If the participant is under 18 years of age, the parent or legal guardian signing the registration form agrees to these terms on behalf of the minor. The parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring the minor understands and adheres to any safety instructions given by our teachers.

This waiver is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By completing the registration process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out in this document.
