Nervous About Their First Camp?
They’ll Be Dancing by Lunchtime
Most children arrive shy on Monday morning and leave begging to come back on Friday. Our Confidence-First Approach means staff are trained to help first-timers settle in — with buddy systems, gentle introductions, and activities designed to build confidence from minute one.
No dance experience needed. No auditions. Just turn up, have fun, and discover something new.

Meet Louise Leach
Louise is the founder and principal of MOUVE® by Dancing with Louise. She discovered dance at age three and went on to train through ISTD and LAMDA before founding the school over 20 years ago. What started with a handful of students has grown into over 1,000 children across 100+ weekly classes and school clubs in North West London.
Every holiday camp is designed around what Louise calls the Confidence-First Approach — the belief that children perform best when they feel safe, seen, and celebrated. That philosophy shapes everything from group sizes (capped at 16) to the buddy system for first-timers, to Performance Day Friday where every child gets their moment on stage.

Everything You Need to Know
Still have questions? Call 0333 038 4858
What ages do you accept?
Ages 4–16. Children are grouped by age so activities are always appropriate and engaging for their level.
Does my child need dance experience?
Not at all. Complete beginners are welcome. We focus on building confidence and having fun — not just technique.
What if my child is shy or anxious?
Totally normal. Our staff are experienced with first-timers. We use buddy systems and gentle introductions — most shy children are dancing confidently by lunchtime.
What should my child bring?
A packed lunch, water bottle, and comfortable clothes they can move in. We provide everything else.
Can I book individual days?
Yes. Book any combination of days. Full weeks save you £21 and include the Friday performance show.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before camp starts. 50% refund for 7–13 days. No refund within 7 days.
Where is the holiday camp held?
Sunningfields Road, Hendon, NW4 4QR — North London. Easy to reach from Finchley, Mill Hill, Golders Green, Barnet, Edgware, Muswell Hill, and across North London. Free parking available.
What time does camp start and finish?
The main schedule runs 10:00am–3:30pm. Early drop-off is available from 9:00am (£10/day) and late pickup until 4:30pm (£10/day).
What dance styles do you teach?
Street dance, ballet, contemporary, and musical theatre — rotating daily so children experience a variety of styles throughout the week.
What is the staff-to-child ratio?
Groups are capped at 16 children with dedicated staff per group. All team members are DBS-checked and first-aid trained.
Can siblings attend the same camp?
Yes. Siblings are placed in age-appropriate groups but share the same drop-off and pickup times, so you only need one trip.
What happens on Performance Day Friday?
Every week builds toward a short show for parents on Friday afternoon. Children learn what it feels like to perform on a proper stage — it’s the highlight of the week.
